How to buy tickets? 

Click the link below to purchase tickets.     

Choose your Concerts; Piano (ask your teacher), 

Violin and Cello Mass play -1pm, Ensemble - 5pm  (if you come to October workshop, or practice for the ensemble pieces at the private lessons right now )

Purchase a student ticket (or two or more if you have more children as student in that concert) from the time slot.  

If your child plays in another concert, click another time slot and purchase a ticket from there. 

If your child plays in all three concert, click 10am concert and choose All Day Performer ticket ($50).

Purchase an audience ticket to match your child's concert.  

For an example, 

      "Child performs at 10am concert and wants to watch 1pm concert.

       One parent wants to come and watch 10am and 1pm concert"

       Click 10 am time slot, purchase 1 'One Concert to perform and 

       watch others' ticket ($30)

       Click 10 am time slot, purchase 1 x10am audience ticket ($15) and 

       1 x 1pm audience ticket ($15)

      "Child performs in 1pm concert & 5pm concert.  

      Both parents want to come to both concert."  

       Purchase 1 performer ticket ($20) for 1pm,  1 ticket ($20) for 5pm. 

       Purchase 1 all day audience ticket ($50) for the parents. 

       (up to 6 people covered by $50) 

You can buy any type of tickets from any concert time slot listed on TryBooking page. You see the same ticket types from any time slot. Terms & Conditions

We assume you agree to the condition below as you apply your child/ren to play at the concert.  Please read below before purchasing the student's ticket/s. 

By purchasing the ticket of the Combined Studio End of Year Concert, you are agreeing to the below conditions.

    Music Rules

    1.  Piano Solo -  You must first talk to your teacher if you have a spot.  You then discuss with your teacher what your child plays. 

    2.  Ensemble Concert -  You have to be able to play the Ensemble pieces played at the Oct 6-8 Workshop. Check with your teacher.

    3.  Piano Trio - You must first talk to your teacher to see if your piano trio piece would fit in with 5pm Ensemble Concert and it is an           

         applicant's responsibility to contact the other members to organise it. 

        Not all applications will be accepted, and you agree that the final decision will be made by the teachers.     

   Legal and general rules

  1. The person who is purchasing the ticket is legally responsible for the students enrolled under the applicant's name.
  2. Your child/ren and his/her belonging/s is/are of your responsibility.   The teachers are not expected nor able to take care of your child outside the rehearsal and concert hours, and the teachers are not able to take care of your child/ren's belongings .
  3. You agree to have your child/ren participate in the items which is deemed appropriate by the teachers of the Combined Studio concert.    
  4. You agree to follow the COVID safe recommendations set out by us.    
  5. You give consent for you, your child and the accompanying members' photographs/videos /audio recordings be made in accordance with the condition stated in the Media Consent section below.
  6. The student has no physical or emotional condition or disability that has not been disclosed to Co-ordinator which would make participation in the rehearsal and concert inappropriate, inadvisable or a risk for the student, the event teachers, the parents or other participants. 
  7. You understand that the nature of this event will mean that students are sometimes in one on one or small group contact with teachers for small group ensemble rehearsals. During the rehearsal, it is possible that the physical contact where correction or demonstration of musical instrument playing or related topic deems necessary, beneficial or unavoidable can occur. In an advanced ensemble rehearsal, it is possible that the explanation or interpretation of the piece of music includes some adult themes.  All Suzuki registered teachers are current with Working with Children Register.
  8. I agree to release the studios and its teachers who are part of Combined Studio concert from any loss, liability or expense arising out of or in connection with any emergency, accident, illness, injury or other consequence or event arising out of or in connection with the student’s participation in the event. 

   Media Consent

  1. Throughout the event, photographs and/or video recordings and/or audio recordings may be made. The photograph and/or video and/or audio will be used for a range of purposes, but it is principally for use in materials produced by the teachers at the concert for promotional and educational purposes.  This may include, but is not limited to, brochures, leaflets, posters, programmes, websites and other electronic media. 
  2. Photographs and/or video recordings and/or audio recordings may be stored in any of the concert teacher’s and its volunteer person's, colleagues', employees and/or contractors’ online storage such as but not limited to private YouTube channel, Google Photo, Flickr, Cloud and Drive.
    The photographs and/or video recordings and/or audio recordings may also be used and shared for educational purposes principally within the Suzuki community. 
  3. By purchasing the concert ticket, it is assumed that you acknowledge the intended uses (above) and giving your permission for the photographs and/or video recordings and/or audio recordings to be reproduced. You also agree not to seek payment from any studios or the teachers who worked or is present at Combined Studio concert and release the Combined Studio concert and its organiser, teachers and helpers who work at the concert from any and all liability associated with the use by the Combined Studio concert., or a related party, of the photographs and/or video recordings and/or audio recordings as set out in this agreement.


   Please ensure you have read and understood the condition before purchasing your child's ticket to participate at the concert.
   If you have any medical issues or concerns, please speak to your studio teacher or the Co-ordinator of the Combined Studio concert.    

   We will work together in effort to make this concert a memorable experience for all to enjoy.

    Recommendation:

  1. The access to the school site and its rooms at the concert is outside of our control, and unfortunately an unpleasant situation can occur. We strongly recommend that students and families keep valuables and money with them at all times. 
  2. While every appropriate precaution is taken, in an extremely rare occasion the student’s instrument may get damaged, lost or stolen. As such, we recommend that each instrument to be covered by an adequate insurance.
